1) is not forfeits, is actually used for ur early leaving
2) u have to pay the company for the rest of the day of early leaving
let say u early leaving for 30days, n have 10day of leave,
so u need to pay back 20days to the company
3) the leave is not calculated like tat, which comfirmation/join/begin of new year. total leave will be given, no mater which day in which month u leave, u sill entitle for the whole leave in ur case 12days
