Conclusion, 3-5-2 never work for EPL fast pace.
go back 4-2-3-1 or 4-3-3. With maria sister joining man utd, the only formation that suit him will be 4-2-3-1 or 4-3-3. So expecting LVG revert back to 4-3-3. |

352 working well only if the wing-back purely is a defender (primary position) that convert to wing attack (secondary position).
If it is purely a wing attack (primary position) that convert to defender (secondary position), it won't work. |
