You miss the bit about abu saying we are ditching our youth system  hmm.gif

I mentioned already, we still have the best youth academy in England.
If LvG decides to offload them elsewhere, maybe it simply means they are not good enough.

If there is one coach that gave more chances to young players and groomed them to become elite footballers, it's LvG

I believe during transfer deadline, beside Falcao, Kayu plan on bring another or two more prolific player and that why worry FFP will kick in,hence loan Falcao first? This what I thought. Another reason I can think of is the risk of paying Falcao huge fees, worry he can't adapt/play well in BPL,so loan him for 1 year to test his ability?

Since Blind is versatile player, which position you guys prefer him to play if all squad players are fit. IF LVG to play on 3-5-2,I prefer him to play at DC for most of the times,CM Herrera & Carrick, bench Smalling and Evans for few games so they can learn their lesson, their spots are not guarantee. If play 4 defenders, with Rojo and Jones as DC, he mostly will play DM behind Herrera & Carrick.

Falcao just got serious cruciate ligament injury and didnt play for 6 months early this year.
I think better to loan him first and see the progress.

The new signings got no time to jel with the squad as well since all are out on internationals. I only pray all those injured will recover and all those fit won't get injured in this international window.

Then against QPR can have our full squad to play.

----------------DDG
Rafael - Jones - Evans/Rojo - Shaw
--------- Herrera - Blind -------------
Mata-------------------------Di Maria
---------RVP---------Falcao

I think below better, Mata can't play wide.

Rafael-Jones-Rojo-Shaw
Herrera-Blind
Rooney-Mata-Maria
Falcao

I think RVP is not fit and no form so he has to fight for his place.
LVG won't give face.

I must say, all this superstar purchasing, some friends I know buy more than 2 kits for this  season alone. Good marketing job Ed.

Very quick can cover back the Maria cost...
We already followed Real Madrid selling jersey trend.
Welbeck? Luckily sell him away for 16M pound and then he injured this morning.

pre season buy helela...start of season buy ave maria...transfer window end now buy falcon punch...january buy vidal/strootman? laugh.gif

ez money for kitbag & united

Strootman is 24 Vidal is 27.
I think better spend 30M on strootman that 100% fit into LVG philosophy then Vidal.
I see Vidal has just reached his peak, and there are plenty to offer from Strootman.
Strootman also 186cm and Vidal 180cm, we need cm/dm which is high enough like yaya toure 188cm.

For welbeck sorry la then, regardless either you are hometown boy or handsome guy like beckham,
no one is bigger than the club (I mean glazer now rclxms.gif ).

hi guys,

i got a feeling that roony will play cm soon

Make sense, he can replace Scholes.
But I still prefer he at upfront so make it below:
4-3-3 OR 4-2-3-1

4-3-3
RVP-Falcao
Rooney
Maria-Blind-Herrera
Shaw-Rojo-Jones-Rafael

4-2-3-1
Falcao
Maria-Mata-Rooney
Blind-Herrera
Shaw-Rojo-Jones-Rafael

I just studied a little bit versatility for Top 6 teams.
So below is my find out.

MU is the most versatile team among all the top 6 (Sorry I lazy compare all clubs).
Where each player capable of playing 2.35 position now.
Everton is the closest to MU where stay at 2.29 position per player.

See below.

I think LVG will use this,
http://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2014/09/02/..._maps_2_jpg.jpg

But Mata take over no10, then rooney take over right wing place.
And RVP need to fight for his place (he is not fit and no form, LVG don't give face)

So make it.
Rafael-Jones-Rojo-Shaw
Herrera-Blind
Rooney-Mata-Di Maria
Falcao

-Attack-
Falcao is strong num9 striker, very similar like aguero, he alone himself can handle alone at the striker position.
Mata as usual no10 playmaker position.
Rooney has to force to play wide, he is not perfect there but could be 7/10 and better than mata.
Di Maria is left footed, will stay as left wing and build the attack with combination between Blind-Maria-Mata

-Midfield-
With Blind (can tackle can defend) as holding midfield and as utility man, Herrera (can tackle can defend) can exchange position with him vice-versa and moving up and down.

-Defend-
No more 3-center-back 352 formation issue.
Rojo is left footed, but he is not as good as vidic, but potential.
Shaw as usual position.
Jones most stand out as a center back.
Right side rafael or valencia for now.

-Keeper-
No doubt, de gea.
