if your buddy gets the job he'll most prob be working with a team of 3-4 pentesters (me included) and the job is really fun, alot of pentesting and planning, code reviews, exploits, reverse engineering. thinking out of the box and being yourself is a plus point. we are looking for skilled people and people who can work easily with us. good luck with the phone interview and dont scumble to HR's demands
