i have view the dell@penang thread, know that dell will 1st have phone interview
what question they normally ask in the phone interview??

my friends received call by dell said will conduct the phone interview, his working place cannot suft net, so i tried help him post here

this position is it a call center??
acording 2 my friends is needs 12 hours and have 2 shift (morning and night shift)

any one work as dell can share the working enviroment and job scope there??

One of my friend went for the interview. The job actually NOT really relate to IT Security, they are actually a call centre. They offer him a post sort like IT support, support customer through phone call. May be they offer a position which they think are more suitable for my friend.

2 day my friends fetch me go there have a look

they aredell global business center

my friends worry it tooks 28km go cyber
erm..my friends still in consideration
coz he scare need receive call...work as call center

the dell in cyberjaya is a research center, the call center is in Penang, Bayan Lepas and the manufacturing is in bukit tengah, penang

if your buddy gets the job he'll most prob be working with a team of 3-4 pentesters (me included) and the job is really fun, alot of pentesting and planning, code reviews, exploits, reverse engineering. thinking out of the box and being yourself is a plus point. we are looking for skilled people and people who can work easily with us. good luck with the phone interview and dont scumble to HR's demands

one thing to note is your expectations and find out what they are expecting.
