Diploma to degree in different field, Is it possible?

It is very possible to switch during postgrad level, but for undergrads, it's a little different bcoz people wanna transfer credits to shorten the study duration. Professional courses certified by the government is actually more powerful than any Degree certs out there.
Degree is like SPM. Any tom, d*** and bulus can get.
Master's Degree is different standard at least.

Im doing foundation now, if foundation then degree must be from the same uni? I am not sure weather to proceed with computer science.. Since programming isnt so much my kind of thing..

can take, but no pengecualian kredit, means that u must take all the subject from semester 1 till 6.
