After discussion among the admins, we decided that Bo3 would take too much time, given that we intend to maintain flexibility to cater for a working crowd. Same reason we scrapped doing a round-robin format.

Consider this a dry-run of sorts, if it goes well, we'll buck up and present a more serious format next time round.
