I checked with them last 2 weeks at the showroom and the person in charge named Elaine told me that there's no news yet as well and launching should be within this year. I have a hunch that it might be due to GST implementation that most of such big projects are stopped. Since the project has not been officially launched yet, the only banks that have approached buyers are UOB/BSN. Checked with OCBC and it seems like it isn't listed yet to be applicable for housing loan. :| On a positive note, I believe all of the units had a slight hike in price. Hi guys, Ayuman Suite service apartment is under commercial title, so the quit rent, tnb, water and Internet bills will charge as commercial rate?

Hmm, I heard my close friend(who is also the agent handling my purchase with Ayuman Suites) mentioned that it'll definitely be charged under commercial since there's office/shoplots below. :/
Not sure how true since the project itself have not even received official launch but, I hope someone can shed some light on the issue.

Info i got was its gonna be commercial title as there is shop lots below, however the water n electricity can change to residential rate but will depend on the JMB

Their Garden Jaya Park project looks quite promising, even though they have yet to make a high rise. I guess that's why they want to start with small units... and that's the catch. KL = RM300k condo = difficult to find.

I personally feel that it's a good place in KL to start small  however it's worrying since I paid the booking and still no news of official launch.  Regarding utilities and GST related legal info, I saw this in the recent Edge Property paper Hope it helps :3 Attached thumbnail(s)

Went to change mailing address about a month back. Still no news. Lady at front desk say buyers will be notified as soon as launch is confirmed. Over 6 months since I paid booking fee. This is unnerving

Went to the site yesterday. Nothing up for Ayuman yet. But the abandoned building is 'reopened' as 1Harmonis http://www.1harmonis.com/Looks like they are revamping the building to sell. Got my Talent Team mail saying S&P signing is in Aug/Sept Anyone got their loan done? With which bank?
