QUOTE(beebee @ Jan 26 2015, 11:04 AM) hi do we need to change the base from conventional 1 for the 1st time? or we can use the existing base? do you provide installations as well? Hi beebee, You can use back the conventional base / existing base. Just need to do quick simple rewiring at teh base to bypass ballast and starter. I can provide you the step by step guide which many of my customer did it DIY. another option is to engage us to install for you with just small fees (depending on location and height of the base). I have PM you separately on this as well. Thanks. Rgds, Kiefer

QUOTE(narf03 @ Jun 27 2015, 03:29 AM) does that mean any side can be neutral or live ? For the T8, the end with Sticker of the brand and spec is the Live. If you by accident put in and does not loght up, just terbalik the tube and it would work. Hope i answered you. Thx

If you want to take away the tube with you latet..eg move house, just connect back the ballast as it is...so called reverse step. I will PM you. Thx
