good, installed, and instant on, hate the ballast type that need like 2-10 seconds of blinking b4 start working.

i dont want warm white, so ill have to wait for you to bring them in, quote me 4 x 2 feet AIO, T5 T8 also no problem, cool white only, plus delivery to phileo damansara.
