My uncle switched to DIGI from Celcom using MNP yesterday afternoon and now his celcom line terminated but his DIGI line still not active before that he received msg from DIGI saying when celcom line terminate his DIGI line will be activated. But till now no line. Call the service center 016-2211800 so many times wait more than 5 min till nobody pickup and sometime just dc like that. Any other number can call up? Thanks.

What? But the guy in DIGI told us 1 day only? And if still not active why they terminate the celcom line? ohmy.gif

OK still need another day but don't know why they send message "Your line about to be activated by DIGI, please replace your SIM card as soon as your current line stops working"
