No. What you can do though, is mute people you hate. That way you'll see them as muted on the loading screen and you can dodge. Impractical, but it works.

It'll take time to adjust, but I doubt they can match the previous team. Alliance's strength was never their draft, always their execution, and one of the main providers of that was EGM. I feel like they've just traded one strength for another, nothing more.

Your goal should be to improve. The MMR gain will come naturally if you improve. If you make improving your ratings your main goal, you may move up a bit, but ultimately you will crash back down. Consistency is everything.

Use unranked games to train hero mechanics, then move on to ranked to train your decision-making. Make full use of the ranked/unranked separation.

I notice most people don't communicate before the horn sounds. They should tell people what they plan to pick, and where they plan to go. No need to type, just indicate on the minimap.

Instead, the only time people type/talk is when they want to flame. doh.gif

Bristle still can die if got enough mines. Dazzle/any hero with summoned units will do just fine.

Back in D1, I would random and buy a gem at level 1. GG Techies.

In D2 this technique tak boleh pakai, people see you with only a gem, straight aim you.

To be honest, I'm surprised he's not picked a lot more in this patch. Shield debuffs a lot of spells, most notably the stun from PotM's arrow.

There are people who get to 4/5k by playing only 1-2 heroes. Can't blame them for it, Valve's ratings work that way.

Not gonna happen. The more likely scenario is some hero ban system will be introduced, ala HoN style. It's already been heavily suggested on Reddit.

Personally, I'd prefer if ranked games are limited to draft modes only. smile.gif

Touch wood so far my games today the Techies players all competent. Sadly, the rest of the team noob like fucuk only.

Teamwipe = go back farm.
Make bad decision = omg why so lag.

Matchmaking needs a revamp, and soon.

Below 4500 the quality of games are really crap. Above 4500, even if your carry dies 5 times, he will make a comeback if you protect him.

If you're serious about moving up fast, get yourself muted. Back when I was climbing, shutting up gained me close to 1k in a month.
