So my 3-years old SII nearly came to its EOL now.. seeking recommendations for new phone. I got about RM1.6-1.7k for a new phone, and rite now eyeing either S5 or Z2. Which one you guys think is better? Honestly I felt comfortable with Samsung, since SII is really fun to play with especially with custom ROM

p/s : For that range of my budget, I can get either full ori SME S5 or Z2 AP set (might buy it from Directd though).

Since u are used to rooting and flashing custom rom on Samsung's phone, would recommend you S5 too. But u can always try new things with Xperia too.

How about One M8 or LG G3? ap set from directd is around that price range too. The aluminium back and Boombox speaker is a nice touch too. While LG G3's 4k display and slim bezel looks sexy too.

Yeah, eventho S5's battery is less 200mAh than Z2, but its removability seems good especially when the phone freezes and you've no idea what to do

My brother is using M8 too, I shall ask his opinion on that. But since I rarely use loudspeaker for music, then I think that Boombox is not really useful for me

But why S5 is not selling as hot as her older siblings meh? And do AP set from Directd is reliable enough?

just pick the 1 you most preferable...s5 not bad de since you like touchwiz..of cos it got a lot of custom rom to play around also.

i actually have to choose between m8 or G3... have its been a reli hard decision for me... anyone help??
