need: good reception. less lag than asus 4.5. 5MP back minimum.

Brand: non-mainstream preferable.
Budget: rm 360[lower better]
Spec need:
1. Good reception [call signal]
2. AF camera [good for documentation]
3. minimal lag during file transfer [online+vpn]

Currently using and yes, screen is cracked.
Looking for a replacement.
I forgot. Rm360 is GST inclusive.
