You don't need to approve. Just both person must add each other.

You can ask anyone in here to help you trade-evolve (don't use GTS, or you'll loose your pokemon).
Sadly I can't offer my help right now coz my office unifi got problem & this evening going back hometown (no wifi).

Don't forget to obtain your hoopa's Prison Bottle guys! After receiving hoopa, just enter any poke mart (blue roof) in ORAS, talk to the clerk guy standing beside the counter and listen to his story until the end.

With this, we're left with two more mysteries (as I knew laaa)
1. How can we get the other forms of Zygarde?
2. Volcanion! When will Nintendo release this pokemon? Looks like gonna be tough too since it is both Fire & Water type.

The only hope for serial code distribution near us is Maxsoft!
But i never read or heard events from Pokemon US involving them as distributor before..
