I have booked a house unit for Acacia Park Phase 1 in Bandar Tasik Puteri. May I know the exact launching date for Acacia Park Phase 1 as I was informed previously that it should be on today. I am overexcited with this upcoming Acacia Park Phase 1 housing project because this is my first house ever purchased.

could share the reason you bought this place?
is it because you stay nearby and work nearby?

8 Nov what is the discount offer?
*
I bought Acacia Park Phase 1 mainly because of the LYG design (big and comfortable) and the peaceful surrounding in BTP. Besides, it is near to the place currently I stay in KL which is around 30 - 40 minutes (if you drive steadily la). The most important factor is the price!!! 400k for a house on 18' X 80' land is cheap and affordable.

not that spacious right?
the toilet is small right?
there is no family hall right on 1st floor?

i remember someone saying here the secondary market house there no value
so a 400K may be expensive to them and will appreciate very slowly
*
Various people define spacious differently.
Same as the size of toilet. Personally, the toilet design is big enough for me.
What do you mean by family hall? If you like to have one, then perhaps you could renovate one room into family hall.

I have no idea for the marketing value in BTP. I am not a professional one to justify this issue.

i remember seeing a number of landed those with 1st floor family area
when you walk up to 1st floor you can see one area where it can be used as 2nd living hall before retiring to the rooms
acacia does not have because 18x80 probably

that is right, hard to say how acacia would be valued in the future
we can only gamble now whether to buy or not...
hopefully have time to makan angin there again to check out the launching

Frankly, I hate those who bought/invest properties or housing area which are not for family staying purpose. This is why the properties prices bloom like SH*T these days. Buy - not to stay - wait for the price rises - sell to innocent people like me. Haiz... 400k is no longer a BIG price to me as I witness the double-storey house in Klang valley double folded from 400k to 900k lately within these four years. It is rather insane.

Hi dino_rongak - There will be a total of 4 phases in Acacia Park.

We will be giving a sneak preview of Phase 2 during our Launch Event next weekend.

I can't wait for the launching and signing the SPA. biggrin.gif
Can we make a FB group specially for Acacia Park, BTP (not Bangi shakehead.gif ) by uploading the sample house photos for Acacia Park and also photos of the upcoming launching ceremony? Will it be against the LYG copyright?

Finally, I have my SATAYS from Federal Hotel Kuala Lumpur!!! The food are delicious and yummy. Hahahhaaa... Alright, back to the issue regarding size of the house. Personally, I think 18'X80' is big enough for me as the first house purchaser as compared to the price offered. I am glad to book the Acacia Park Phase 1 double-storey terrace house as the vision shown by LYG video clip in the launching event. There are also great projects and development shown in the future plan of BTP. Regarding the staircase, I think the design is just nice as if the staircase further increase in size would have make the living room looks smaller in size. It is fitted and convenient for one person to go up and down. biggrin.gif PEACE... biggrin.gif Great job, LYG!!!
