Anyone that selling or renting their units? Mind to share what is the current market price? I am not investor, but just curious to know the market value. Thanks.

Thanks for your hard work to keep us updated, I got a few questions, but do take your time to answer/reply. Don't rush to reply as I looking for accurate/confirmed answers, rather than just to entertain me. Thanks in advance.
1) For GH2, why Syabas didn't put the water meter? I know everyone is happy enjoying free usage of water, but will they charged back a certain amount when the meter is fix? When will they put up the meter?
2) Is CB the main contractor company that in charge all the work for BTP project?
3) For GH2, is this the water tank overflow pipe? Why it is in the upstairs toilet? Isn't it should be lead to outside of the house?
To BTP residents
The new Petronas petrol station is operating currently but I am a bit worry on their business. I am not trying to promote them, but with the current business flow and their effort of operating 24 hours, I really worry that the GH 2, 3 .... residents haven't move in they already close shop. Although it's location may not very strategic, but do give a support as it is just 5 minutes drive from GH and 1 minute drive from BTP 6.
