I am not sure about it. Anyway, one of the agents mentioned to me that we should have made a call to the Lawyer Firm to sign the S&P after you have settled you loan application.

I have contacted the lawyer assistant of the respected law firm in-charged of my property purchase for Acacia Park Phase 1 last Monday. Apparently, my loan application is approved and received by the law firm. However, I was surprised to be told that the S&P cannot be processed as the law firm was still waiting patiently for my house unit booking slip from the developer (luckily I made the call lor). So, I immediately e-mail to the P.I.C. my booking slip. Today, I was informed that my S&P is ready and they are arranging a time for me to sign the S&P.

Based on average driving speed (my case is 80km/h-100km/h) from Jalan Ipoh to Selayang then Latar Highway to BTP... It takes me approximate 30 minutes.
