Photos sharing session again... Mmm... I am wondering whether the hill opposite the Acacia Park construction site would be removed or not. As we can see in the following pictures, whereby there are workers removing the electric cables (if I m not mistaken) and replacing it to other site.

Perhaps LYG can share with us some information regarding this matter? Thank you.

Last random sharing of photos (before CNY) in the place closed to LATAR Interchange and near to PETRONAS BTP.
We can see some machines are doing the road clearing.

I believe soon the road will open and connect straight to Jalan Hijau Blok 11 dan Blok 12 BTP and straight to Green Garden Valley... If I am wrong, then please correct me.

Thank you, LYG and Rawang Lakes Sdn. Bhd. Hopefully, we can obtain our house key by early 2017. We expect the best delivered from LYG.
If possible, we would also like LYG to keep us up-to-date (in this forum) to the progress of developing of Acacia Park Phase 1 as the construction site is now fully sealed with zinc fence.

OIC... I thought the photos taken refer to the road toward LATAR Interchange as it connects straight to Jalan Tasik Puteri (from the BTP master plan map). Anyway, sorry for wrongly interpret the data and thank you for sharing the information.

Good job to LYG. Hope to see the street lights completely built in another 3 months time.

Regarding the issue of LATAR Interchange, we hope to up-to-date with more information from LYG especially the technical hitch which leads LLM to the Shah Alam court (as Putera Tasik Puteri mentioned earlier and if he/she is true). Anyway, I still have my faith on LYG. Just wondering whether the technical issue due to the land matter will be resolved soon or not (pray really hard). Besides, I believe the forum members care about the time duration taken to continue with constructing progress and completing the project as the time stated on signboard...

Saya meminta maaf di sini sekali lagi kepada tuan. Saya tidak pernah berniat menyinggung perasaan siapa2 ahli forum. Saya juga tidak berniat untuk kondem sesiapa seperti yang disebutkan oleh tuan. Baca balik komen saya secara hati terbuka. Saya hanya kongsikan minda saya bahawa pernyataan tuan terlalu luas dan tidak terperinci. Contohnya, lampu jalan rosak dan saya hanya cadangkan supaya ambil gambar lampu tu dan kongsikan dalam forum ini supaya pihak LYG mengetahui mana2 tempat yang perlu dirujuk dan dibaiki (pada masa yang sama, ahli forum boleh saling membantu dari segi mulut). Adakah tindakan meminta gambar-gambar sekitar tempat yang rosak itu (sebelum dan selepas dibaiki) untuk dilampirkan dalam forum ini satu perkara yang menyusahkan kalau tuan ialah seorang penduduk sejati di BTP? Pada zaman moden ini, gambar-gambar memang penting sebagai bukti untuk menyokong pernyataan tuan.

Ya... Saya juga menyebutkan pasal telekomunikasi... Saya minta kongsikan secara terperinci adakah isu telekomunikasi itu rujuk semua syarikat telekomunikasi atau beberapa syarikat tertentu, tuan... Saya tidak bersifat kecoh2 seperti yang disebutkan oleh tuan. Saya hanya meminta perkongsian minda dan pengalaman secara mendalam. Saya berdiri di pandangan sebagai seorang pengguna dan bakal penduduk. Pendirian saya adalah bersama dengan tuan dan seperti tuan. Hakikatnya, Putera Tasik Puteri yang merupakan senior di BTP banyak menyindirkan pihak pemaju dan pula ingin pihak pemaju membantu menaiktarafkan tempat sekitar. Ya... Saya sedia maklum bahawa banyak perkara yang dijanjikan tidak ditunaikan oleh pihak pemaju dan menyebabkan tuan tidak berpuas hati dan rasa menyesal. Adakah perkara itu ialah tanggungjawab sepenuhnya yang ditimbulkan oleh pihak pemaju atau ada kuasa pihak ketiga (anak2 syarikat, Majlis Perbandaran Selangor, kerajaan negeri dan kerajaan persekutuan) yang tidak memainkan peranannya?

Selain itu, apabila pemaju membuat sesuatu perkara yang bagus, tidak pula tuan memuji secara terbuka. Bagi pandangan saya, bukan semua perkara yang dituntut wajib dibuat oleh pihak pemaju. Pemaju rumah memang membina rumah dan menjual rumah sahaja. Yang selebihnya itu inisiatif pemaju.

Akhir sakali, saya berterima kasih kepada Putera Tasik Puteri kerana berkongsi maklumat dan pengalaman diri. Saya rasa tuan tidak perlulah susah payah menerangkan saya secara simbolik dan boleh secara langsung menujukan soalan dan perasaan tidak puas hati kepada saya dalam forum daripada membuat ahli forum rasa tuan sedang bermain emosi. Satay atau tidak, saya seorang pembeli yang rendah diri dan menginginkan segala perkara baik seperti yang diperjuangkan oleh tuan.
