Anybody else caught this one? After one viewing I didn't like it much. Story just wasn't as compelling. I'm of the opinion that things got less interesting in SAC 2nd Gig compared to 1st Gig. I hope I'm not crazy if I say I liked Innocence better than this.

But I'm willing to give it another watch, after the proper dvd comes out.

But the soundtrack is better (from nipponsei). A bunch of standouts... Player, Date of Rebirth, Replica, Somewhere In The Silence. The sweet sounding Ilaria Graziano is a nice counterbalance to the more full-voiced Origa. I'm a sucker for Yoko Kanno's pop techno...

I don't mind really, so long as they keep churning out nice soundtracks from talents like Kanno.
