They do not give physical RM50 voucher anymore.
you have to dine in watami during card anniversary month and charge to watami card.
during posting, it will cash back the RM50.
same go for the RM30 birthday, no physical voucher will be send as well

today i MNP from current umobile to celcom and the TAC/OTP/SMS transaction alert not received on my phone.

this happen to my RHB online banking and Maybank as well. but RHB and Maybank CS was known on this problem and help to inform their telco and RHB fixed in 5 minutes while Maybank said will fixed in 24 hour.

But Aeon CS said celcom always block the sms and ask me to change the phone number (What?) or switch back to other telco (What???). I ask them to re-register my phone number to their system and i believe this will fix it. They said will change within today, I guess also another 24 hour?

anyone MNP from different telco and face any issue on the automated SMS before?
(more particularly for Aeon, normal bank i think they can fix it)

PS: I MNP from Digi to Umobile before and no issue on automated SMS on all banks

**Update: tested this morning, TAC/OTP successfully send to my mobile after re-register on the number, I believe the CS was not aware on the this kind of problem.

just swipe your card at watami during birthday month will do.
Aeon will "cash back" the RM30 once it posted. make sure they are swiping your watami card using Aeon terminal.


watami bonus point is called Aeon reward point different with Aeon member point. (reward vs member)
reward was redeem via Aeon credit service, member was redeem via Aeon retail (aka jusco)

since we use ibg to Citibank as fund transfer.
I believe using citbank CASA will refer to intrabank fund transfer?
