Hi guys, have a question about the payment system.


Normally I use CIMB to pay all my CC, if CC statement 100. I IBG 100 via CIMB, my CC will receive 100 and 10cents will be charged to my CIMB.

For this Aeon, if I do the same AEON 100, I IBG 100 via CIMB, will AEON receive 100 or (100-0.6 based on chart) then 10 cents charged to my CIMB?

for start, i didn't even know there was a contest.

The April statement is out and there is no points given for BT instalment.

Very frustrated on how AEON Credit service calculated on the 1st day of each quarter Watami card cash rebate. From my understand and some example provided in this forum, if my anniversary approval date was 12 Mar 2014, isn't that 1st Q shld be 12th Mar - 11 Jun, 2nd Q 12 Jun - 11 Sep, 3rdQ 12 Sep - 11 Dec, 4th Q 12 Dec 2014 - 11 Mar 2015? I don't know why the customer service said my 1st Q was start from 14th Jun - 13 Sep. If I follow what customer service told me then is impossible my next cycle will fall back to 12th Mar 2015 as indicated in the Watami Card T&C "The first day of the 3% Quarterly Cash Rebate follows the date of the approval of the Principal Cardholder and it cannot be changed."

Due above wrong calculation, I got less rebate on my 4th Quarter. I have called them four times to follow up and they still can't make it clear!

But I read somewhere in here, that ronnie mentioned that IBG to Citibank method does not apply for Watami cc number?

So from maybank online, i can direct pay to aeon.. Meaning no need to pay to citibank.

usually how long you guys notice the conversion of point to cash rebate 12500 -> RM50.00 process takes? Mine submitted for about 2 weeks via email, but still yet to see the cash rebate in my unbilled online hmm...

The question is not directed at those who pay through citibank but directly to AEON credit.

Cos I paid directly to AEON Credit and amount credited to my statement was RM1 less.

I have transfer via IBG on 1st June evening, just now Aeon credit called me said they are still haven't receive my payment, and they said will check with Maybank.

All the while I also do IBG and choose Citibank as the payee.

I checked my Aeon account just now, no payment reflected and my due date was yesterday also.

Hope Aeon won't charge us late payment charge later... 

i checked my m2u. transfer > new interbank transfer, but dont see any list for Aeon (citibank). Am i missing something?

i pretty bad in keeping track especially when i fly quite often this year
