U might need to request the waiver by calling if no swipe 12 times in a year.
There may have condition to waive the annual fee

  I downloaded my latest statement and found out that my 3% Quarterly Rebate is not RM150, instead it was RM105.46. I double check with my recorded excel file and I think I should get RM150. I called up customer service of AEON. He told me the quarter involved is from 22/12/14 - 22/3/15, I quickly replied him "Why in the statement always show: my card anniversary month : Principal 4726980100014800 - 17 SEPTEMBER 2015, my quarter involved should be 17/12/14 - 16/3/15. Then he told me my quarters since my card is approved 17 September 2013:

17/9/13 - 17/12/13
18/12/13 - 18/3/14
19/3/14 - 19/6/14
20/6/14 - 20/9/14
21/9/14 - 21/12/14
22/12/14 - 22/3/15
23/3/15 - 23/6/15

Conclusion: Every quarter, the quarter involved will move 1 day forward.

Anyway, I am still thankful to Aeon for having this Watami card because I enjoy all the benefits of this card like 0% balance transfer, 3% quarterly rebate, dining rebate, birthday...etc. Hope it will keep it up and not reducing the benefit.

I've submitted application on 4th of May.. until now when I called to check my application status through the customer care phone number, it says my information is not in the system- may I know how long does it usually take for the application to actually go into the system?

I just got my AEON VISA Credit Card 2 weeks ago, is it I will be getting RM 50 cash back next month if I swipe RM 50 this month? (according to what my agent told me last time when I apply).

And also how much was the annual fee for this card, possible to waive it?

no it will combine with my previous payment 5k+ =>8k since they become same qtr ...

i will need to complain to them.....
actually last year dec i did call and the stuff told me can swipe after my anniversary date...

How long does it normally takes for the payment to go through. I've IBG to Citi with my AEON cc number 2 days ago.
I checked online, it seems that payment not yet received, from calculating the total outstanding amount.
Anyway, how do I know if my previous month balance had been cleared or not, it does not have a clear transaction history on AEON online like other banks.

the best way is to report here in this thread when you used it at the ppl (or when you are at the ppl). so you can track back how many times you used it later on lor.

May i know the watami rm50 cash rebate after 2 transaction for newly approved card is in voucher form or cash rebate form?

because i receive a rm50 cash rebate not sure is this watami cr or not. but its already deducted the total amount in my statement.

so any transaction can be used with this watami rm50 cash rebate?
