QUOTE(Chyan @ Aug 19 2014, 01:27 AM) Right on. It's one of the nicest theme out there that I always go back to. How's Find7? Not sure if the 3GB app storage limit is a bother to you or not. 3gb limit doesn't bother me. I still have 500mb space left. With CM11 I can shift many app to ext sdcard n will have 1gb space left. |

QUOTE(dude831126 @ Aug 29 2014, 05:57 PM) Hi guys, Based on what I have read here this yellow tint is quite a common issue. I don't think directd is BS here. Well quite many users had reported it does goes away with time. Check back there were even some methods to hasten the yellow tint to go off fasterHow many of you got the phone (China set) with the yellow tint at the bottom and got resolved after long usage? I just got mine from directd and the yellow tint is there. Called them and they told me nothing can be done because this is a factory defect and exchange a new one will have the same problem too (I know this may be BS). Thanks. Try Google yellow tint and ultra violet lighting This post has been edited by benny888: Aug 29 2014, 06:05 PM |

QUOTE(fylon @ Sep 2 2014, 10:51 PM) One question, with 3 diff answer. You need to submit in together with the courier noticeGot my shipment reached KCH branch today, DHL called and said I got a parcel that declared as "cellphone" and the staff request me to get the sirim permit and then submit to them. But the thing is, I havent got the AWB yet and I've actually called their CS moments ago but they can't seems to provide me too. As per CS, they have to wait for the local branch to upload it to the system. In fact I have all the other docs ready on hand, just lacking of the AWB and the payment. Thus I wonder should I just go and bank or I just bring my cash and paid on the spot during walk in application. And I'm not sure that do I really need to get the permit as since apisfires gotten his OPO without any SIRIM hassle for 3 times. (Yes, he's same area with me and we are friend IRL). Or maybe I just the unlucky one. Since they informed you to apply Sirim than is obvious it is being heldup at customs Other docs you need : your IC, specs list of phone ( print from web), your Purchase order ( email is fine) I have done these 3 times. Why you worry so much about bringing rm100??? Depending on how many people are there you should get your permit within an hour or two This post has been edited by benny888: Sep 2 2014, 11:38 PM |

QUOTE(cschuang @ Sep 3 2014, 12:14 AM) Hi, i hv been using my 1st android for 1 week plus, loving this phone. New to android, having migrating fr ios. I have been an Android user past 7 years n seriously Chrome I rate it as worst Android browser!! There are several much better n faster browsers out there . My favoritea are Boat , Dolphin and CM browserAnyone experiencing when using chrome, sometimes, screen sensitivity is not so responsive. Also, when scrolling, sometimes it will scroll up even i was scrolling down. Same goes to enlarging image, it will go out of control. When in lowyat forum, Certain text is blinking as well. Is this hardware problem or shoftware? Btw, my phone is rooted. But have yet to explore anything. Thanks in advance. |

QUOTE(apisfires @ Sep 3 2014, 08:01 AM) I seriously doubt these govt centers accept bank draft or cheques at on spot payment. In my past 30+ years dealing with several govt depts, I have yet met any except Income Tax ( need confirmed bank in slip specifically for income tax). Anyway I have done these 3 times and is cash payment at counter |

QUOTE(apisfires @ Sep 3 2014, 08:25 AM) no, i ask them before, they need cash deposit receipt as prove i pay to them If it is confirmed bank in slip than is acceptable to be presented at counter. But than why go through all such trouble just for rm100?so now i know can pay use counter but since my phone not kene SIRIM 3 times i never pay anything yet to Sirim. i ask them before phone arrive at custom about SIRIM procedure.. they give me answer i write above.. |

Directd n Satugadget are only places for knowledgeable buyers. You just go in, pay n leave. Many of their staffs are too poorly equipped with knowledge . Few times I had to correct them. Don't expect too friendly service from them. Even so they remain my favorite sellers. Another recommended seller is item.com in the Summit. Purchasing online has always been smooth n I get my set the next day through Poslaju. I had been buying from them past 6-7 years , each several times a year. More than 50% of the time I purchased through online.
About half are AP sets n only once I claim warranty from Directd. I couriered to them n Set returned back within 10 days n I need pay for courier charges back to me. I only tried DialogHub once but probably unlucky as I received my set only after 8 days I received courier details. Both DH n Gdex pushing one another over the delivery. Anyway despite this initial bad experience I will try buying from DH again |

QUOTE(Xirality @ Sep 4 2014, 04:54 PM) It's fast, yes but lack of theme engine, customisable lock screen and status bar etc. I last flash AOSP on Nexus 4 n it has all these you mentionedIsn't AOSP is as plain as it get? My present AOSP ( gummy)on Find 7 also has all these added features. This post has been edited by benny888: Sep 4 2014, 05:33 PM |
