yes, it does not works well with other roms, I tried before ended break most of the functions like hardware keys not working, hang and so on.

Good Morning, bro.

U only need once to unlock the Bootloader unless u relock later then u need unlock it again.

see the first pages, i think there is fastboot command to check, i cant recall what the actual command like.

Sometimes it might due to reception of the Signals bad, i have tried with other device like Z1, i still get unstable signal, so my opinion say it cause by Telco Unstable Reception and not the phone modem, I might be wrong.
