Hey peeps, I've always wanted to get a secondary screen but not for gaming. My main purpose of my build now is for gaming, entertainment needs and surfing. Well now, i feel like getting another monitor just to watch movie or surf while i game, purely for surfing and movies. Since im not usIng that monitor to game, is it okay that i connect it to my CPU? Because connecting it to my GPU would affect the performance big time i guess. And will connecting it to the CPU affects my game?

hello

u need to plug in all your display to ur gpu.. yeah its true multiple display will make ur gpu work harder.. but its just wont work that way bro.. ull probably will get black screen from the display connected to the mobo.. dont worry la if u only using the 2nd display just for surfing etc but not gaming, it wont affect ur gpu performance so bad.. in fact u cant even notice the performance drop.. biggrin.gif
