Let's say a certain name is accustomed to a certain region/state, no harm to use it right?

Example: wan is kelantanese name but someone from penang uses it

Possible?
*
wan not terengganu? or both klntn n trgganu also got?

can use loh. Wan Hui Ping got also.

even spanish use wan. with different spelling of cos. juan mata. whistling.gif

Possible, but can't associate yourself with those 'real' ones. Also like what other forumer said b4 it depends on the JPN also.
