Minta pencerahan. If someone is named "wan", example: wan zack. What does wan mean?

What about
-syed
-Wak (Wak doyok? Not sure if this is legit laugh.gif)
-tengku (royalty related?)
-nur

Let's say a certain name is accustomed to a certain region/state, no harm to use it right?

Example: wan is kelantanese name but someone from penang uses it

Possible?

If has family bloodline related, it's fine. They also encourage it IINM (atas nama menyambung keturunan etc). But some ppl just put saja2 this name, offending the real ones.
