One thing i'm weird of...
Where in the world did you find that cable wrap with uv effects? All i found at Lowyat Plaza is normal white cable wrap... I can't seem to find that kinda cable wrap with that green uv effects... It looks very nice... Tell me where did you buy that cable wrap with that green uv effect on it... |

QUOTE(sHawTY @ Sep 4 2006, 01:07 PM) ........... yap i sprayed itU paint the cable wrap? How? By spraying? Does the paint stick on the cable wrap perfectly? instead of applying coats of paint, i just pointed the nozzle far away and just use the paint dust/particles to stick onto the wraps.layer by layer. it sticks perfectly as long the layers are not too thick. if its too thick, the paint'll look glossy so far the color on the wraps will only worn off/scratched by excessive force. fluoro pink wraps painted wraps vs plain wraps Added on June 6, 2007, 11:13 pmhi guys.been awhile since my last post god.talk abt how fast time flies alrite after abandoned pc modding scenario for a while i finally got the itch to mod my old raidmax scorpio. im current doing a btx mod to the case,or more accurately inverted atx mod, the mods are currently undergoing, pics up soon. its been awhile since my last post( a year).been out of the pc modding board for a while.duh.busy.
however suddenly i got the itch to mod my case when i saw btx rigs.they looked kinda cool with the gpu on top of the casing.plus i really wanted my psu to sit on the bottom of the case ![]() this is how my casing looks like. however its an old pic and the current case already had the funny arse 'z' thingie removed.and the sleeve already changed to a red 1. one of my uv sticks also broke.lol.terpijak when i removed it 4 cleanin. Objective: BTX transformation Make a top panel window renovate the side panel interior flat black exterior metallic black the mods are currently undergoing so pics up soon. keep in mind that: -this is my first time doin a major mod -i only have a drill and a grinder in my power tools collection( semua pinjam) so,expect things to get ugly This post has been edited by zyulander: Jun 7 2007, 11:09 PM |

gamba lamak ya.old pics.
kinda lazy to tidy em up until mod is complete.summore hardwares are constanly goin in n out for this past few months first step of the process.stripped everything down after a while i found out the most troublesome part.My back panel isn't riveted to the chassis.its jointed! separated! using iron saw(gergaji besi).the grinder was 'away' as his master needs it.lol yay.successfully inverted the rear panel.testing.how it looks like. hmm not bad. will update again later. lol.the king kong ii actually gave me the itch to btx-ize my case.esp with the gpu ontop n visible via the top panel.but then u 'll really need a phat card with a phat cooler to strike it out.just like those in king kong ii's.hee.
so driven by desperation to boast tada.the poorman's custom card cooler.this the design concept. what materials shud i use? found my victim.the unused cdrom cover This post has been edited by zyulander: Jun 8 2007, 11:51 PM |
