 Safety way to take off heatspreader?, any idea...?

As topic stated, does anyone has idea to take off the ram heatspreader in the safety way without damage the small capacitor on the pcb? notworthy.gif

wanna change to better cooling.

P/S: the ram is corsair xms with black heatspreader.
