As topic stated, does anyone has idea to take off the ram heatspreader in the safety way without damage the small capacitor on the pcb?

btw...tis is wut i read from other forum...
QUOTE You got the two (donīt know the word for it) things holding the spreader together. under these things there is metal, so no problem to go with a screwdriwer under these things and pull it off. Then you need to be careful. Mostly (especially OCZ) the spreaders are a bit glued to the modules. So pull them off very carefullywith your hand and no tools, changing the position where you try to take them off. |

put it in the freezer in air tight wrapping. let it freeze for like 30-mins. then try to pry it when it's cold
