Maybe because there are not many postgraduate students applying for student stickers, most of them use staff stickers, so they probably are not in a hurry to fix this problem. Either that or the system problem is too difficult to solve.

Just wondering, is there an official way to report/complain in MMU? I applied and paid for a student car sticker, but due to issues with their system, they couldn't issue a sticker for postgraduate student. I was told by the Student One Stop Centre staff that I can temporarily use the collection receipt to park my car in campus until their system is okay but it really is inconvenient using a piece of paper instead of a sticker. She said she will call me when the system is fine and the sticker is ready. I applied on the 18th of September, now is the 24th of October already. Still I didn't receive any calls from them.
