Just wondering, is there an official way to report/complain in MMU? I applied and paid for a student car sticker, but due to issues with their system, they couldn't issue a sticker for postgraduate student. I was told by the Student One Stop Centre staff that I can temporarily use the collection receipt to park my car in campus until their system is okay but it really is inconvenient using a piece of paper instead of a sticker. She said she will call me when the system is fine and the sticker is ready. I applied on the 18th of September, now is the 24th of October already. Still I didn't receive any calls from them.

Maybe because there are not many postgraduate students applying for student stickers, most of them use staff stickers, so they probably are not in a hurry to fix this problem. Either that or the system problem is too difficult to solve. Anyway, it would be better if I can make an official report/compain just to urge them to work on the problem.

Thank you. I went to the counter after a week or two after I was told the problem the first time (which was on the original collection date), was told they haven't solve the problem. I will go see them again next week before I report, but this problem is not caused by the counter staff, so bugging them about it is unfair on them either. If it is really a system problem, the one in charge is probably FMD or ITSD, not the staff at the counter.
