No they don't, if you are talking about hostel internet.
Kinda unstable though during weekdays, because everyone is using it. (High traffic)

My hostel room's ethernet port suddenly not working since yesterday noon while my neighbour room works fine. The day before a lightstrike made whole block internet down for awhile though don't know if it is related.....

Do we need MUET to be able to register for degree, or can we take in DURING degree?
