I just checked-out of the hostel today. I forgot to ask what is the procedure of getting back/refund our deposits. Any ideas?

No problem, just if you get 1st class, it wont be recognized (not eligible for taking awards).

You can enroll via camsys, make sure you add them into your "My Planner" so you can view them... else you cant because "My Planner" will only auto set your subject according to your course planner

Yup, only can withdraw on fly during Pre-reg & first two weeks of trimester, afterwards need to manual.
