Accommodation: Hostel available, with some apartments nearby. Can choose housing area if you prefer
Lifestyle: What you expect me to tell? student life? lol.
course: again, what you wanna know? be more specific
Food: Malacca is quite ok with food and there are quite some place to eat nearby the campus

Hostel wise, I am not so sure, but I don't suggest you to stay in hostel. The condition is not so good, the only pros is very near to your class (cuz inside campus)

Lecturer quality wise, other shifu from FIST might be able to give you better insight. Student race wise, chinese basically dominate the campus. This guarantee your 'comfort zone' but if you wanna be better you gotta stand out and interact with other races people. #Just saying as I guess your concern on race is due to language barrier.
