Same as advertised by Perodua. I can confirm this for auto in mixed condition. 20.1km/liter or even can go higher if you're skilled enough. Managed to get 22km/liter last time around for mixed. Can check my few posts back or thesun posts.

Highest for city drive so far, stop go traffic light, usual rush hour crawl, traffic jam etc is 17.1km/liter.

RON95 v RON97 won't make much difference in pure city drive. Slight difference in mixed condition though.

RM55.69 or 24.213liter @RM2.30/liter (axia tank capacity is 33 liter...  )

here my update after pump full (first click when pump eject)
quite bad fc since i drive no follow eco, 120kmh ~ 140kmh..
first few days i try to follow eco indicator, but lama lama, dont care liao.. 
only 1 long distance trip (about 200km return trip to Bahau with 4 pax) and the rest is city driving (within 5km to 20km destination with 2~3pax)

so,
by calculation

421.9km / 24.213 liter  = 17.425km/liter

*this method may not accurate subject to pump mechanism, length of pump nozzle went in during pump, and whether nozzle senget or not during 1st and 2nd refuel.
*for more accurate method, must drain all fuel inside tank and fuel line. then weigh exact amount of fuel before fill up.    only mad man will do this.
