I mean it's convenient to use, but once credit runs low, reloading is such a hassle, last time can reload at LRT Stations, then they replace with ATM machine which eated my rm20 and never gave back, now they all put T&C reload not available.

Even highway toll station most places already no reload since 2-3 years ago, i don't know Sungei Besi can still reload or not, or have to go inside office to reload.

Not sure RapidKL bus can reload or not, feels like the whole system down, or they purposely do it in favour of Rapidpass card?

I hear petrol station can reload, but not sure how much they charge the fees. Use easy reload difficult, 1st time i hear company so stupid discourage people to top-up funds.

but i do wonder why those shopping mall parking that got TNG service need extra charge 10% for using it.

Most petrol stations can reload. Caltex no more 50 cent charge anymore. All Watsons can reload TnG. All LRT stations can reload TnG at counter. 7 Eleven also can already. Maybank ATM also can, but pay 50 cent.

Basically every shopping ctr that has Watson sure can reload. Any kampung that have 7E can reload. Most petrol stations can reload. If stay in Klng Valley so much place to reload. TS lazy and want the places to be along his way only. How i know? Because last time i only used to reload at LDP because on the way. That time no 7E, no Watsons. And the Caltex at the tol charge 50 cent.

Now most places free. Last month Watson reload RM100 free RM5 only with Watson TnG card. This month dunno still got or not. Other card cannot get RM5 back free.

prepaid means pra bayar . They should encourage it. Less crowded. Instant big amount of money.

Imagine your customer gives you rm100 and let you deduct rm1.50 everyday.

advocado If you want to reload at LRT/KTM station, do it at the counter, the do it FOC, so wont eat your money/credit. Got receipt for you also, in case you want to complain.

this is gooding on highway toll, auto reload.

But no auto reload in on TnG parking. Dumbfounded once when want to exit KLIA parking.

Some ATM can reload too and Batu Tiga Toll got REload lane.

I normally do at the Hub at Bangsar South.
You can also do it at KL Sentral TnG Hub near the Coffee Bean there

just to echo some of the forumers mentioned earlier...some* petrol kiosk they charge 0.50 cent and some they dont charge. Typically those without charge will have "Touch 'n Go Spot" sign.

My advice: ask and check around the place that nearby your work/study/stay location.

PETALING JAYA: The Government spent RM10mil to set up electronic fare-card readers at KTM Komuter, monorail and Express Rail Link stations to allow commuters to use Touch 'n Go fare-cards on all systems. This was to make public transport in the Klang Valley more efficient.

But one-and-a-half years later, the fare-card readers remain idle because the rail operators and Rangkaian Segar Sdn Bhd, which runs the Touch 'n Go system, are still wrangling over the commission rate.

Sources said Rangkaian Segar wants 2.5%, while the rail operators were prepared to pay less than 2%.

This disagreement, they added, had resulted in the operators holding back implementation of the system.

“The system is ready. All that is needed is for the operators to agree and the cards can be accepted immediately,” the sources said.

However, there are indications that KTM Komuter is likely to adopt the system in July although KTM Bhd is still unhappy with the commission issue and will continue to push for a lower rate.

Under the common ticketing system, all public transport systems in the Klang Valley are to accept Touch 'n Go cards, allowing commuters to hop from one system to another without needing to buy new tickets.

Currently, KTM Komuter, KL Monorail, KLIA Ekspres and KLIA Transit, which carry a total of about 150,000 passengers a day, do not accept the cards, but the two light rail transit systems – Putraline and Starline – do.

Public transport operators have been reluctant to accept Rangkaian Segar's rate, saying the high commission will eat into their already narrow profit margins.

Rangkaian Segar, they argue, should recognise that public transport operators are not profit-oriented, unlike operators of privatised expressways, and should adjust the commission rate accordingly.

“However, Rangkaian Segar looks unlikely to budge on this matter,” a source said.

According to the sources, the operators have also appealed to the Government to step in but it has been reluctant to intervene directly because commissions are deemed “a commercial matter”.

Nevertheless, the Transport Ministry has organised several meetings between the different parties since the issue surfaced.

The sources said a breakthrough with KTM was finally reached last week.

But KTM was still unhappy with the commission issue and would continue to push for it to be reduced, they said.

Similar breakthroughs were not expected in negotiations with KL Infrastructure Group Bhd, the monorail's operator, and Express Rail Link, which operates the KLIA Ekspres and KLIA Transit.

“The two seem adamant about standing firm,” said a source.

When contacted, KTM Bhd managing director Datuk Mohd Salleh Abdullah declined to comment on the commission issue, but confirmed that KTM was looking at implementing the Touch 'n Go system in July.

Try touching TnGo at the back of ur phone. U'll hear a weird voice from ur phone. If ur phone got NFC and it's turn on la.

Btw, I hope Touch and Go can implement it's technology on our smartphone as an app. Create an app or sumthin. Then we can juz use our phone as Touch and Go. Since nowadays most of the smartphones have NFC dy, we dy have the hardware aka TnGo's card aka NFC. Why not create an android app for it.

In the app itself can check how much balance u have left in ur account. Make it account based instead of card based. Then top up like how a normal prepaid card top up. Buy prepaid card, scratch it, and key in in the TnGo app to top up ur account's moneh.

Recently I see some toll can reload now. I think they are starting this service again since they stated in newspaper that they are going to go cashless in future.

Mine CIMB Zing, below 50 should reload 100.
Parking usually dont have auto reload function. Zing card also cant manual reload at atm.
Park for 3 days = around RM140 + the 10% TNG charge, dah sangkut xleh keluar.

Should allowed others card, Touch & Go in monopoly it now and I don't know why it was allowed. In SG, the similiar card need to paid also, but the card itself got value, and you can used over the stored value a bit, when the inside the card have insufficient fund. While in Malaysia, the stupid card cost RM10 and only valid for 10 years, some more if you don't use the card for 1 year, the remaining value in it will be forfeit, wtf....

i tell u a last time morning go take monorail, card has like rm3, machine don't let me tru coz say insufficient fund. had to go & que to top up.

once i lost rm20 to the automatic reload machine coz it will expire after like 10secs i scan scan scan kenot scan, report to T&G, never got refund.

What about KTM station? But be careful as most KTM station's T&G reload will be offline(system down).

Else maybe you can try KL sentral there, the T&G hub, can make T&G with picture also.
But iinm, it close at 5pm, so better go early.

Else you will have to go 7-11, petrol station, toll plaza which some might include service charge.
