QUOTE(kae7 @ Aug 24 2014, 10:50 AM)
Aaron Ramsey two years ago was still injured and not fit, that's why his performance back then was not good. It is not fair to compared with his 2 yrs ago performance
If before Shawcross' tackle incidence, he was good, and now he is better than his performance 3 years ago
*
Credits to Arsene Wenger for showing him what was wrong with his game too.
QUOTE
Arsene Wenger has now revealed how he helped Ramsey evolve as a player, when he was at the receiving end of criticism from all the supporters.
“He went through a bad patch, and I couldn’t play him anymore at Emirates Stadium.
“I sat down with Aaron and I told him, ‘I don’t think people don’t like you, but they don’t like your game at the moment’. It was in his hands to change that.
“He had to come back to a more simple game. When you go through a bad patch in life you always go back to the basics. In football you slowly get confidence back and then you play naturally again.
“You have to get back to basics to gain confidence. Aaron accepted that, he did it and he gained confidence again. Then you saw a different player, because he is intelligent, and when I came out of the meeting I knew this guy would come back.
“Aaron listened and he realised he had to change his game. That’s why he came back.” – The Arsenal manager said .

I kind of agree with this. Squad depth is important. Having choices is good.

But kind of worry that wilshere might not be able to shoulder the responsibility. Prefer ozil, santi or even rosicky than him. And arsenal is not yet looks confident on the left flank. Lucas , ozil or santi can be there but they looks less comfortable then in CAM position.

Can't wait to see walcott coming back... and yeah dm and striker can be improve with new signing.

Problem with British young players is that so much expectation is put on them by the British media. All the hype will eventually let down everyone including fans and managers. Just let him play his mistakes and allow him to learn from experience. He has so many veteran players to learn from around him at Arsenal, so he can only get better with more game time. I'm pretty sure Wenger sees the quality in him and making sure that he doesn't turn into a wreck like some failed prospects.

While some might speculate about him going off this season, others also might suggest that the tweet was meant for his old club Cologne.

Injuries my biggest fear. That the one thing that could cripple our chances of winning the league.
Whatever happen to our world class signing of germany physiotherapist?

QUOTE(fuzzly! @ Aug 24 2014, 08:24 PM)
Carlo Ancelotti confirmed Sami Khedira will stay, Di Maria leaving..
*
Well that's odd.
Khedira wasn't even in the team sheet when Real Madrid was playing At. Madrid for the Spanish SUper Cup.

Ancelotti himself said of this about him:
QUOTE
"Khedira had permission, I gave him permission to leave," the Italian boss told reporters.

"When a player is free I'm not interested in his whereabouts."

Apparently that is what Skysports is saying. Just scroll a bit down.

I'm guessing RM Manager doesn't have much say in his team transfer.
All decided by the big boss, he just accept whatever players he has by the end of the day.

1 or 2 years from now the likes of Isco and Jese will be ripe for picking. That's just how Florentino Perez rolls.

I'm so going to miss you, Podolski.
I've been wanting him to join Arsenal wayy back in World Cup 2006.
Everytime playin PES, I'll make sure to bring in Podolski as my main striker. He was such an amazing player.

But I really was glad that he eventually joins the Gunners, though probably a few years too late. Going to miss his cheerful aura.

Apart from buying new strikers, why not instead keep Podolski and make him the new front man? Sanago will always be there as substitute, but I'm sure we have plenty of wingers who can also play as striker. Campbell, Walcott, even Ox.

Pancing there is like kolam ternakan ikan, no challenge.

This proves that Man Utd has sh*tty players to begin with. Moyes can't do it, even genius Van Gaal can't polish a t*rd into gold.

Rest assured that SAF legacy will continue unchallenged for his ability to win even with a bunch of 12 year olds.

To be honest, I really don't think we're able to land Cavani, but the thought of it to be true is just soo succulent sweet.
Even just watching him play, its like he is super fast and aggressive. That guy really is something to watch.

Wahh, why their most prolific striker also injured?
I would say its a blessing in disguise but its not nice to say that to any opponent. Its usually a big hurdle when we're hit with injuries, and its only the start of the season.
