just sharing my current experience on my new condo renovation. currently we engaged Icon Factory as the turnkey ID & Contractor to do the design and renovation for my new condo, sized about 1500sqft. so far the experience is very pleasant. this is the second ID that we approached. and compared to the first one that we approached this team give us much better confidence to deliver the works. the team there are well verse about id and renovation and been patiently explaining all the details to us. last meeting with them took 5 hours to go through the details.  the work is still ongoing and so far so good. they are backed up by quite a comprehensive list of supplier. the designer also took alot of efforts to do the detailing and to incorporating our views and preference. finger cross that the end product will be great.   rating given based on the experience doing business with them 4.5 stars.
