It doesn't make sense to cut corner around something such as the roof over your head. However it is also good to get a second opinion at least 1 or 2 more. This helps you make more informed decisions and also what technology is available out there now to you. My uncle Mr Teh, and close family friend is in this lined for the last 15 years.
