I have just done my house renovation by Mr Yap Peng Kim by end of oct,I get to know him from this forum.quite satisfied his work as he able to fulfilled my requirement ,he solved my issue fast that happened during the renovation period.although at the beginning I was disagree(some of the small small renovation issue) with him ,but end up I have no regret to do it (example : install the rain shower heater).he wont ask me to renovate those unnecessary .there is no problem occurs after the renovation.overall good
