Joints and overall QC seem fine. A tiny scratch under his eye on his headsculpt, but otherwise no issues.
What about the size did not suit your tastes?
In terms of scaling they definitely weren't aiming for any sort of accuracy - the sole goal was to serve as a head for G1 Fort Max haha.
When I first started last year, I wasnt sure what transformer size should I collect as a bunch of Deluxe will look odd around a few Leader class as the scaling isnt always close to the comics or cartoons. I was unsure whether do I want to go for Combiners, Voyagers, MP, Mini(like those small cute little ones from Iron Factory) or Deluxe transformers. What about the size did not suit your tastes?

Warden's problem is, he is quite short compared to my MPs but generally scale well with Voyagers. The price tag is also pretty high despite the polish is amazing. I am also not entirely satisfied with both much older PEs that I own due to inconsistent QC and painful transformation but I think PE fixed a lot of issues from their older products with Warden.
I also had played with a MMC Azalea or Arcee, I really like the quality of the transformation and ease in posing of the transformer. At the end, I think I'll just go with MMC Hexatron/Spartan, considering they scale better with MPs. I also find that I prefer larger transformers that is around the size of a MP Starscream which was my first transformer I bought in recent years after I stopped collecting 10 years+ ago.
It is just my personal taste, not PE's fault. Their upcoming Scoponok still caught my interest, though.
