actually i don't agree that 3rd party as KO as they are not buta buta copy from hastak. They come out better quality and their own transformation engineering. KO is different story as it is buta buta remold from the original, same as pirated gundam are produced. I wont deny that I'm one of 3rd parties supporter as I would choose and go for better quality stuffs. I have cut down my purchase on hastak stuffs

  If you insist open new thread, that would make 3 different thread; official, 3rd parties and KO. No 3rd parties wanna known themselves as KO as they have also spend much time for research and produce quality stuffs. IMO, it is not necessary as we are here to share [s]poison[s], compare, identify, help each other. However I'll still leave it to Mr Red to decide. this thread isn't very active already, if seperate lagi inactive
that's why we are here to help each other. Some have knowledge to identify KO. There is no perfect imitation, sure have 1 or 2 spot are different. You can always ask and learn how to identify, during COD you can inspect your purchase b4 paying it.

well, for 3rd party product they don't really need license from hastak cos, unlike KO, they don't carry the brand name "Transformers", nor any autobots/decepticons symbol. they have their own brand and name for their own figure.

and like cycheah pointed out, usually they have their own design team to design the different look and transformation, altogether enough to be differentiated from the ori hastak

Tat is the solution of yellowish. I was hoping for prevention of yellowish happening. Currently i m starting to slowly store my tf into cabinet as below in the photo. The cabinet is located no nearer to direct sunlight n i will put charcoal in a box (bot at daiso) in there to control humidity inside the cabinet. Wat more can i do to protect them from turning yellowish in the future.

If you read that article I posted, and if you Google the subject, humidity doesn't appear to even be a factor.

So I don't know if charcoal will be of any use.

The main culprits seem to be sunlight, UV light and a chemical reaction in certain batches of plastic.

Nothing much we can do to stop the chemical reaction over time.

But I assume keeping them in that cupboard should at least help keep out the light.

Anyways in my opinion there's no point overthinking it. They're just plastic toys. They will decay over time. Enjoy them while they last

I switched to the alternate face in the box as well, and I have that scrape where the silver face paint got scraped off.

The reason is because when you transform him into vehicle mode, you may have pushed his head tilting forward so the chin 'scrapes' against the chest. You can transform him so his chin is slightly up and doesn't scrape.

sometimes he'll be at another planet so its impossible for it to come to and fro from base in just that few seconds it took him to transform into truck mode.

I meant 'alternate face in the box' meaning the smiling one - the other 'alternate face' (the G1 toy mask) is in a separate plastic bag. My guess is that they knew people would prefer the smiling face, so they forced people to swap it to understand how to do the face swap.

Last time I looked it up, nobody knows, so it is who you want it to be. My vote is Daniel.

As for the trailer, the Japanese designer of MP-10 explained that Huffer was planned to come in the box to pull away the trailer but I guess they left that task to Roller. Or it could just be that Roller is making the trailer reverse from inside the trailer (and maybe later Roller comes out and attaches to the trailer in order to turn while parking.)

Mp-10 comes with Spike, MP-21 comes with Exosuit Spike, MP-22 comes with future Spike and Daniel. Scale is off, but makes sense since Daniel was paired with either HotRod/Arcee, and Spike is always with Bee.
As for cartoon logic in exosuit transforming...maybe he's just sitting in fetal position in a really crampy space?  Can't be worse when we had Headmasters/Powermasters doing extreme gymnastics, lol.
