What bugs are present? I'm really tempted to switch back to aosp
*
Vibration a bit high but i disable it for touch etc, just kept it on for few things only. My phone 2 days on 2g + wifi 5 hours SOT already still got 40% remaining smile.gif but yeah no calls only browsing fb n youtube bbm whats ap. I highly recommend u try it. It's not PERFECT but it is close to a perfect AOSP rom.

Pretty impressive! for me I get double of what I was getting on MiUi v6. Quite happy with it n sticking by it. I know the dev said no more updates but i hope he changes his mind or the kernels gets released! I believe mi 3 has a very good potential for running custom roms!

are u using True Dual Boot ? and flash into system 1 correct ?  hmm.gif

but if developer is not going to continue the project, i guess it will be death end,. until the kernel source release..
*
using it on system 2 no true dual boot. I disabled it as it was giving me some weird errors. I made system 2 as the active system from advance settings in CWM. I don't use MiUi anymore. Yes this means I backed up my files and wiped everything before i proceeded. I wanted to experience AOSP with a clean phone. Don't get my wrong here! my system 1 still has MiUi but that MiUi is factory reset. System 2 AOSP rom is active and i've been using it as my daily driver now smile.gif

Yeahh mann i hope the kernel is released. No hate to MiUi but it still needs time. I think it's more of a love hate thing for me... but with AOSP it is always LOVE. Same goes for Cyanogen mod. You can never go wrong with either ones stable versions.

you sir, made me think of buying back a mi3.

Mi3 hardware off pretty nice bro! software isn't far too. If you're a rough user get a Mi 3 rather than those expensive brands and then get a heart break when ur phone drops and gets scuffs lol. I own mi 3 and LG G2 I prefer LG G2 because of small form factor but then G2 is more expensive. So for price mi 3 is sitll a steal also I prefer mi 3 design over mi 4 too. I just WISHHH the kernel is released so that we can get more custom roms (y).

the aosp 4.9.18 is the latest one..not sure if got new release soon or discontinued dy :/
*
discontinued for now but I hope the chinese dev changes his mind as this AOSP rom is working really good on mi 3. I think he scared of legal problems, not sure. You guys face vibration issue too? It's kinda high. I did find a solution for it by replacing a certain file but after I do that my rom goes crazy and start giving me errors so I am better off not messing with it for now. I sometimes also face weird touch sensitivity issues but I suspect it's my screen protector but not sure. The best thing is the battery life this rom offers. smile.gif

do your bbm required any root permission ? if it do, it might solve your notification issue,.

does this bbm notification issue appear on nexus 5 ?  hmm.gif
*
yes used to work fine on nexus 5. I used to own one before. Probably permission problems. Any fix?

confirm will stay with this AOSP rom until other rom apppear uopn release of the kernel source
