when I check my balance or do other USSD command, there's a notification tone - anyone know where to change that tone in the WP8.1 settings? thanks

I got a SingTel Lumia. Will flashing with Nokia Software Recovery Tool remove the branding?

I think you have to hard reset, then restore when it prompt you. I skip that step once before, thinking I could do it later but it's not possible apparently.

I faced that before with Lumia 620, a bug I suppose (maybe fixed by now).

Besides, Windows Phone cannot be turned off when charging.

IE does seems more jerky these days. I have problem scrolling quite often and end up opening links in the pages as I brush past them.

Are you using Remote Desktop?

Glance has a reported conflict with that.

I faced the greyed out tile once recently too. My WhatsApp is on phone memory.

I just removed the app and reinstalled it, now it's ok since a few days.

Using Lumia 630 Dual Sim.

I'm using Folders Pro, it has some features not available in Files like Properties and encrypted OneDrive folder.

finally, there is a Data toggle in the Action Centre

There's a new app from Microsoft called Phone Insider, which suggests WP10 can be tested soon. Expect some announcement at the 21 January 2015 event.

Windows 10 event tomorrow, US time. Apparently there may be new hardware announced too.

nvm, sleep first, all the news will be waiting us on Thursday morning..

Try deleting the saved office network from your phone, restart and then add back.

If that does not work, check the wifi channel in use by your office network - it needs to be in the range of Channels 1~11. Or you can just try rebooting the office wifi router.

hopefully the Update 2 will be released out this month under Developer Preview, unless MS abandoned the DP program in view of their Win 10 Technical Preview
