that actually change my behaviour of using smartphone
when I use my secondary iphone, it feels weird having to press power button just to check notifications, time/date and calendar event.
another thing I miss out on most other phones is double tap to wake.
these two features change my behaviour of using smartphone, when I use other phones, it just feel weird and inconvenient

only use weather for glance.. heheheh

Put your mp3 in ringtone folder. In the ringtones+sound settings, you'll see your mp3 under "Custom"

No I don't use project screen, it must be some apps inside crashing with it, I also don't know what I did, it is back to normal now. I suspect might be FB, but just a speculation, I can't reproduce it.

Are you using Remote Desktop?

Glance has a reported conflict with that.

When I unlock the screen, it takes like 1 seconds to do resuming to my homscreen.
Better stick with stock lock screen.

Hmm.. strange as I don't encounter the delay mentioned. Maybe this app is still new from Microsoft Garage and over the time they will fine tune it

Here are some screenshot of the new Lock Screen and I like the Pedometer function here which requires on phone chipset to work (L930 has it)... they can show the Pedometer in Days measurement in hours or Weeks
To find out if your phone has the chipset for motion, go to Settings and find Motion Data... if it's available should you just need to turn it on and start walking around so the stats will capture it and displayed on the lock screen...



the other 4 view available would be the Calendar view showing your upcoming appointment segregated in Morning, Evening and so on... the moving next to the Calendar view is the Location view which on the lock screen itself it will show you location on the map and it is LIVE moving if you are in motion (for example in a car)... cool huh hahaha...

the last one is just a digital stop watch which not much of a use and I rather they made it as a Music player controls within the lock screen...

there is also a new update for the Windows 8.1 Update (Preview for Developer) this morning... go grab it if you're on Preview for Developer...

called the nokia center in amcorp (will take 1 week) and berjaya (no stock but can change in 3 hrs). any other alternatives?

better go nokia care, but have to wait
if you go other mobile shop , they charge cheaper, but the screen is not genuine parts, and very lousy

they say like 2 -3 weeks waiting time
