Guys, whats the best task manager/scheduler app you guys use? The tasks feature in the native calendar app doesn't have live tile, so I'm open to suggestions. It'll be great if you can give your reasons and your style of use. I'm too lazy to try each app Thanks.

It's an universal app, so if you use it on Windows 8, the user experience will be much more better than others app or platform

when can i get the official cyan? currently on DP 8.1.1.. too lazy to dgrade to black be4 update to cyan.. i'm 620 user btw

Try disable your DP then check for update.

My 1020 is still at WP 8.1 DP and until today, still no Cyan update. Has anyone's 1020 got the Cyan update yet?

well, only certain model will receive DP Cyan update. my 1520 already updated to cyan last week while 1020 still no cyan update.

after latest update to 8.1.1 last week, it seem back faster as lumia black...

wp 8.0 and 8.1 quite buggy on memory management, a bit slow, loading and resuming take quite long time

now more faster although can see loading or resuming but it less than 1 second...

That is definitely good news! Can't wait for the public version to roll out. Seriously, the loading/resuming issue is horrendous.

Microsoft said within 3 weeks all models will receive it

the resuming issue is fixed in wp8.1, and gets better with wp8.1.1
but it also require the developers to fix their app and optimize it for wp8.1
like whatsapp, on wp8.1, resuming about less than 1 second, but now on wp8.1.1, it takes 1 to 2 seconds to resume. btw whatsapp haven't optimize for wp8.1, the latest update shows they are optimizing their app for wp8 gdr3

that's one thing i really hope the developers can do, at least update their apps to properly support new APIs and features provided by MS...
I feel MS is improving WP but it wont gain much if developers dont want to update their apps...

do have patience with Microsoft.

i do...but kinda disappointed with the apps not getting the appropriate update..

Anyway, those who missed out the Facebook Metro app which was pulled back some time ago, it's back in the Store..

I don't use the official @ official beta app to browse, only using it to sync with contacts. Using JDB for Facebook (or BLACK for Facebook which utilizes black background for our optimized black screen), it shows more recent feeds than the official app.
