Why cant I scan texts anymore? The button stays grey and even if I press it over some words it says no text found. Restarting the phone doesnt help.

hmm.. i like the design n hardware of lumia 640xl, however things stopping me go for it is their apps availability, ie, youtube apps just a link to watch video in browser, no google maps (don know how reliable of others maps) i need it to check road traffic frequently, and many apps on windows platform are not properly maintains by developers (not frequently updates, or worse abandon completely)

waze, google maps and Here maps works well

ei... i thought google have serious conflict with microsoft, stopping all google's apps available in windows platform? including google maps

Nokia Here Maps is pretty good, many just love it...

better than official youtube app on any platform, no ads some more
as for maps, I use Here maps all the time, even on my android phone & iphone too. waze is abandoned by google as expected, but still usable
so far all the apps I need works fine on wp
