i have CF gym membership but i have yet to try any of the weights or machines available. firstly i do not know the usage of the machines. and dumbell areas have too many guys there working out. i read up online and watch youtube on ways to workout but i may not do the right thing at the gym yeah? can i ask for trainer's guide on how to use the cable/weight machines available? or am i only allowed to ask if i take up PT package? please advice. TIA smile.gif

Free PT session. I don't really find it useful..First they let me fill up some form, 1st session is evaluate my fitness level base on few test given to me, but never explain the result I got and how to improve, so what for let me know the result while not solution given where the same shit evaluation form can be Googled?

I was with FF during that time.

If you wan lose weight no need do weightlifting. Just eat below tdee and do cardio.

thanks for all the informative videos. apart from losing weight i'm looking to build lean muscle as well. do i still need to lift?
