Discourage factors..

Bugs:
- Power saving mode doesn't turn off keyboard vibration until you actually goes into the power menu in settings.
- While turning off the power saving mode the vibration will be gone. And you can't re enable it
- Edit it seems like you have to untick the haptic feedback option to get the vibration on keyboard back!
- Wifi pass isn't saved [Rom related] .
- You may or maynot face random reboots while the phone goes in deep sleep.
- Sometimes becomes a bit laggy, maybe not for you.

Still upgrading... dont care.

Hi all bro,

Sorry to ask a question. I wish to get a Gear S recently. But my two years old Galaxy S4 GT-I9500 Maxis set still running on Android Version 4.2.2 since I got the phone. Always check for Software Update but shown my device is up to date. There is no latest firmware. For Gear S to pair, it need to have at least Version 4.3. Is my phone normal with no update available at all? Never root my phone or anything.

Malaysia Version running 4.4.2 already and you may upgrade to this version either you send to SC or ODIN.

Hi Mr. nokia6280, is it? I always checked and always shown my device is up to date. From buying phone till now, nvr update at all. Haha. Is it my phone got problem? My last note 1 can update by myself one. BTW really thanks for your information! Great to know that!

Phone problem, i guess no. Just that your ROM refusing to update to latest. You tried to restart your phone and try to update again?

My S4 cannot charge anymore. Think battery has reached lifetime. How much is original samsung s4 battery? If use aftermarket battery can it last?

Findin easy fix 1st. Sumre extra cn use as spare.
My bad i hav no frens with s4.

I read in other forums it could be software issue, anybody else experience like me.
I hav chargd using ac charger,powerbank, laptop usb n car charger. Ntg seems to solve it.

have you tried asking samsung sc? just curious if they will say "motherboard rosak".

Totally cannot charge? If ya, then mayb the charging conn problem
